This casino has no concept of what service means, just wasted 1.5 hours waiting for them to call a manager that was on vacation, due to they where unable to change my Dansk krone to Euros at the cage. I have been there 5 times in 12 months and the service has gotten worst and worst during this time. I tried to get the name of the general manger so I could contact him and tell him about my experience - which is second to none compared to the 100+ casinos I have played poker in the last 10 years. The staff wouldn’t give a name, e-mail or anything. Don’t waste your time and money going here, it’s simply not worth it
