I purchased a size “small” corset on sale, that was clearly NOT a small, or perhaps their charts run excessively LARGE. Was unable to return due to their policies on purchasing sales items. Lesson learned.
The item itself is cheaply made and not sized appropriately. Very wide for a “small” frame size. I could’ve purchased the same thing from Temu for $5.

If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered 3 items right before Christmas. 1 item shipped immediately, no email, text or phone call regarding the status of the other 2 items. Assuming they were out of stock and wouldn't be shipped, I ordered the other 2 items from another place. Mid January I received a second item from Spicy Lingerie, however, it was not the item that I ordered. I returned it with tracking and they received it but its been over a week at this point and no refund. I contacted them and was told it takes 4 to 5 days to process a refund. They received the item back on January 20th, still no refund.
Didn't take a return despite policy
I purchased a corset from them after carefully reading their return policy. Their policy states that clearance items and a certain list of items like teddies and panties cannot be returned for health reasons. The item I purchased was called "sale" and dd not say clearance anywhere, but when I went to return it they said it cannot be returned very disappointing. I would have never bought an item that I may not be able to return in case it didn't fit.

This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter four days before Halloween and paid extra for overnight shipping. Not only did it not arrive on time, it never shipped at all.
When I called the day after placing the order, they told me “Don’t worry, it’s going to ship soon.” It never did. When I called the day before Halloween to cancel, the representative told me “too bad” and refused to refund me, even though the order hadn’t even left their warehouse. She claimed it was a “specialty item” from a “third-party vendor” and said there were no returns ,despite the fact that they hadn’t shipped anything and they still had the item.
She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I finally had to go through my credit card company to get my money back, because Spicy Lingerie wouldn’t do the right thing. It’s now November and the item still hasn’t shipped. What a joke. Glad I at least got my money back through my CC company but they had absolutely no intention of helping me at all and didnt care even one bit or keep me informed on anything. The absolute worst!
This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and should be avoided at all costs. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

Placed order 10 days before Halloween- they sat on order while not responding to emails or phone calls. Now having to go out and find an alternative at last minute. Complete wastes of time and $
Good quality/Bad customer service
The quality was very good however their return policy is not. The sizing on the item I ordered was a bit off and was too small. The Halloween costume policy was buried below the return policy and was unclear that the item I ordered was store credit only on return. I reordered 2 sizes that are now both non returnable due to their "date deadline" so I'm out $750 total instead of $250 for the ONE costume. Their customer service hotline is only open for about 4 hours, M-F, but you must have the item postmarked within 5 DAYS (I forced them to verbally clarify, NOT business, 5 calendar days), so you'd better make sure that you can get a hold of them. I never got tracking or confirmation when either of my orders shipped, and tried to cancel my second order when I called in, that was how I even found out it had shipped. Good quality items but awful customer service and shipping policies

If I could rate this -0 I would. HORRIBLE COMPANY I placed an order on 9/18 for just a bra and panty set. I paid for expedited shipping HA! When I called for a status update I was told they would get it out soon??!!!!!! I received an email saying it was supposed to be delivered Monday, September 29. Well here it is, Thursday October 2 and still NO DELIVERY. I wouldn’t order from Spicy Lingerie if they were the only company left.
Not Trustworthy Return Policy
I tried on an item of clothing and it didn’t fit. I sent it back right away in its packaging and the return was denied. They claimed the item was worn and soiled. I wrote back challenging their story and have not gotten a reply.
I am a 69 year old woman who knows better than to scam a return (my conscience is far more important than money) I subsequently read reviews on Reddit and Facebook that confirm the sketchy return system of this company so I believe Trust Pilot needs to do more due diligence. I am out almost $200 for trusting them to stand behind their return policy. They don’t deserve even one star as far as I am concerned.

When I contacted the company they told me to contact the post office, and when I contacted the post office they told me to contact the company. Anyways it’s been two months and I paid 70$ for a costume that never showed up. This company and their customer service is a scam, do not spend your money here.
