While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Good UX but no customer service and downtime

Good user interface, easy to use. But, there is no customer service when Spendesk goes down. Recently, they have raised their security protocols, which is great, but that has resulted in user technology usage issues. We have experienced downtime with their system as well.

An employee's card was compromised

An employee's card was compromised. After we contacted Spendesk, we were told that Spendesk had also identified the charges as suspect charges. The issue is that no one notified us that the card was compromised, no one asked about the charges. And then no one instructed us to block the card and request a new one. We are used to our old credit card company flagging suspect charges and immediately notifying us that they are closing the card and issuing a new one. This was not done by Spendesk. It seems that there should be more response to possible fraudulent charges.
