I recently paid Mr Spellman to create a Mortgage Affordability report for me to file with my divorce.

His services were very competitive and the service I received with great.

After the initial run at the task, I was not happy wiht the results, but Mr Spellman called me personally, discussed my requirements and adjusted the report to accommodate my concerns while maintaining the require independence and quality of work.

I'm very pleased with his work and would hire him again.

I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He has been superb from the very start of our mortgage application process in very uncertain and difficult times, but Luke was always on the end of the phone with updates and information (and a lot of reassurance!). Luke is very knowledgable and was always in contact with constant updates on changes in the market which helped us make the best decision at the best time.

I had quite a difficult and very drawn out first time buying purchase! Everything that could go wrong did! .. but thank goodness I had luke to guide me and was hand constantly to reassure me. Well,where do i start?
Firstly,because of our age,my wife and i wondered wether we could get a remortgage,who to ask where to start basically.
