Wish I'd read these reviews first. It's a scam. No spinner received, can't submit feedback on the website, emails not received, phone number not real. Avoid at all costs.

THEY SCAM BECAUSE A YOUTUBER CALLED DANTDM GOT SCAMMED

Total clickbait, horrible customer service (by horrible I mean none), and orders aren't delivered!

disgusting lack of customer service, no response to several emails and no phone number. Faulty, clearly used item bought for a gift like others have also mentioned. Be warned DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Spinners arrived just too late for our visit to grandchildren so emailed them to return order - no reply. Order returned and emailed again - no reply. I emailed them again 2 weeks after order returned to confirm they had recieved them - again no reply. Website states emails are answered within 12 hours what a joke! Totally unacceptable and extremely rude, still waiting for refund.

I received the wrong order, you cannot telephone this company only send a message. Which is bad show when you need to speak to someone.

Spinner arrived within two days of order. However, LED lights did not work. I have emailed the company twice and also sent two online contact forms - livechat never seems to be available. I have not received any response. Letter outlining my consumer rights will be sent recorded delivery , will update review with outcome. In the meantime, AVOID!

I ordered a fidget spinner for my grandson on 31st May . It has not been delivered.it is now 9th June. I have sent 2 emails and tried live chat. They advertise that their customer serviice is good but the live chat is never available. I sent another two off line messages through the live chat vehicle. I have heard nothing. There is no telephone number so it seems impossible to get in touch with them

Was a bit sceptical at first as I saw some negative feedback but the order arrived within 2 days. Quite expensive but all in all a good service

Update - now had a proper apology and couple of emails from the company. They've even sent some free spinners for my boys which although doesn't help the missed birthday was a kind gesture and is appreciated. Maybe a blip?

Still waiting on an order placed 2.5 weeks ago with payment sent immediately...no goods received and now they're avoiding contact. Joke.
