Bad customer service
Bought a tire change deal on letsdeal. During the tire change appointment, I was informed that the tires profile is less than 3mm and that I should buy new tires. I was surprised as I thought the tire profile was clearly more than the required limit. A guy (who was also at the reception) clearly refused to change tires and wanted me 'pay' as I had booked an appointment which I ended up doing with my letsdeal code.
He also tore open one of my tire storage bag
I went to another tire shop and they saw no real problem with my tires and changed them.
Regardless of the tire profile situation, I think speedy tires (atleast the guy at the reception) had a really shitty customer service. I cannot understand how they have such a high review score on google.
@speedytires, please learn to be respectful and reasonable to your customers.

Vi förstår att du är missnöjd, men vi vill förtydliga att vi som verkstad har ett ansvar att säkerställa att däcken vi monterar är trafiksäkra. När däckens mönsterdjup är under gränsen eller om däcken är äldre än 5 år, kan de bli spröda och mindre effektiva, vilket utgör en risk både för dig och andra trafikanter. Om olyckor sker med däck i dåligt skick kan försäkringsbolag ställa frågor kring däckens ålder och skick samt vår bedömning som verkstad.
