I am very disappointed with Speedwrite

I am very disappointed with Speedwrite. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to navigate, especially subscription one, they design to hard to find. Despite purchasing their solutions, I have encountered some issues. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service and, according to my mail tracking system, they have read them, but I have not received any replies. It seems like they only care about making money rather than providing good user support. I would not recommend Speedwrite to anyone.

They are liars and thieves

They are liars and thieves. Tried telling me that their payment processor doesn't allow them to process refunds. It's been 3 days. I handle chargeback requests for my company. ALL companies can process refunds within 30 days without it going to chargeback status.

Then they tried to scare me by saying that "false chargebacks" can mean I lose my credit card.

What?

They are a horrible company... don't spend money with them.

Unreachable vendor

I reach out to my credit card company to cancel my subscription plan for the reason Speedwrite is charging me for an upfront annual subscription. I’m only interested in the monthly subscription. I thought the annual plan could be canceled anytime and charged me only for the months I use the service.
I tried to reach out to Speedwrite to cancel my subscription coz I mistakenly chose the subscription plan. I noticed they don't have any customer service number to call for any issues that may arise. I follow your instructions on how to cancel the subscription on their website. I click “Manage Subscription” to cancel my previous transaction yet it says cancel until 2024. I find it ridiculous! entire year subscription which I don’t like. My credit card company advised me to call the merchant to resolve the issue. They gave me the contact number of Speedwrite. I dialed the number right after my call to my credit card company. Called 3 times. On my 1st & 2nd calls, somebody picked up my call yet didn’t say anything. He/ She just listened. Call the 3rd time and now become unavailable. I think this company is crooked! They don’t even have an address & contact number on the website. And now, threatening me about my credit score which could affect if I don't cancel my dispute. Until now, they haven't even reached out to me. A Warning! Don't subscribe to their services.

No refund

They don't refund the money even though when not using their product. In general, I've paid for subscriptions not noticing and got my money back many times from other websites. But speedwrite doesn't refund you. Shame. I hope they go bankrupt in this era of AI.

Selling email addresses?

Will not allow me to you my icloud.com email. I never expose my real email to any service and so I wonder if speedwrite.com are selling real email addresses?

I am having a terrible experience

I am having a terrible experience with them. I have discovered they are charging me since 6 months with absolutely no authorization to do that, I have in fact never subscribed to any of their services, I have perhaps done a free trial, and this is very much possible.
I discovered that from my bank statement, then I immediately went on their website to check If I had an account and any eventual active plan, and I did noteven have an account! I must have canceled it after the free trial so even If I wanted, how can someone unsubscribe from a service with no active account (hence visibility) on what is active on his/her name?
I have been emailing them several times and the only answer I got was a sort of threat of not making an official complaint with my bank as my ranking would have been impacted in case of future loans. I mean... seriously? Where is CS? Just ridiculous, I don´t know how it works in the US but in Europe and Switzerland you can´t do that, you have to send order confirmations to your customers so there is no doubt they are aware of what they have purchased, and I have never received such an email from them. When I explained my position and the fact that I might have done a free trial they even answered me that this is not possible because they do not offer Free Trials! While it is the first thing you see on their homepage, the Free Trial button. Honestly... Speechless.
