It would be nice for international residents in Netherlands to receive the emails and test results also in English as to make things easier.
The attention in the lab was very good.

I had a PCR swab done twice from this provider. There was no queue. The process was done in 5 minutes and the results were available in less than 9 hours, both times. This is great for international travellers. They also had the cheapest fees for testing. Setting appointments is quick and convenient and they accept credit cards. Highly recommended!

Friendly and swift service
Got tested at the Olof Palmestraat Delft location. Friendly intake and gentle swapping. No cue, done within 5 minutes. Test result after 10 hours (12 hours was promised). Great service!

Delivered great service and on time.
I just used them today. At first, I was a bit hesitent because of some reviews online. However, they delivered what they have promised. One- the location in Den Bosch was very convinient for me to get- not far from the center, two- test was done properly and I got the results right on schedule. For the concerned- they do take a swap from mouth and nose for PCR. Cannot comment on antigen tests.

no support for none commen letters in name
The test and the result went wel and within the time agreed opon. Hoverver mij name has wierd letters and the certificate changed them to gibberish. When i called there customer service to have it fixed i was told this would be done. But half a day after the agreed opon time. It is still not fixed
Answer to there reaction:
No you never had contact with me after i called the first time to complain about the gibberish letters in my name, and i never recieved a certificate with the name written propperly

Wanted to change my appointment
Had a problem with my appointment that it took them a while to figure out. They didn't reply to my emails but when I posted a negative review they fixed it for me. The rest of the service was good.
