Super quick customer service and efficient

Customer service was very nice. There was a technical glitched and they worked hard to resolve it. Both agents were very courteous and understanding. Shout out to Lovella who fixed my issue.

Big thanks to Lovella from the Speechify support team! She was super helpful and understanding when I requested assistance with a trial subscription charge. She resolved my issue quickly and provided a 30% refund so I could keep using this amazing app. Excellent and friendly customer service!

Super helpful and easy to understand

My daughter did a trial and she forgot to cancel it. I contacted support and Brandale (Dale) responded not only quickly offering a better deal to keep it and when I declined they kindly accepted my rejection and refunded me as requested. Overall amazing customer service 5/5.

I just started using speechify and at first I did have some issues regarding the basics. After a couple attempts with different books, I was only getting tid bits of audible playback. After chatting with Chris, he walked me through step by step on how to resolve my issues and I'm very grateful with his help. Thank you speechify and thanks Chris for all your help. Highly recommend to anyone.

It was wonderful I personally just don’t like having stuff talk all the time Chris did help me when I emailed them about a problem I had. If you hate reading and love someone else reading to you this is your app!!

not satisfied with their trial method as it didn't get back to me even if I canceled it before trails ends. The system is not automated, and even the support team is asking for personal details. I am giving one star.

Great costumer service coming from shekinah, she helped me through an issue with my account very quickly and efficiently. Took her maybe less than 10 minutes to get it done, very nice. Overall the app is genuinely good. Not what i need today but it’s good. Costumer service though 10/10

I had an issue with an unexpected subscription renewal and couldn’t find the subscription details or cancellation options in the app. Chris from support helped me sort everything out quickly and professionally. He explained what happened, submitted the cancellation and refund request, and followed up by email afterward. I really appreciate the help and the fast response.

Customer service is very helpful in getting a refund. I wish I could get the full refund but they only give you 50% back.
