Emergency Broadband Benefit Fraud
I applied for the federal emergency broadband benefit and was approved a few days later. I applied on the Spectrum website and after 3 months the $50 credit was applied ONCE. Afterwards the credit was no longer being applied despite being a monthly benefit. Additionally the bill increased every month after that. I have contacted them every month and they keep telling me that I have not yet been approved. I have already contacted the FCC and told them that they are “pocketing the money”.
