Very transparent and easy process to get our quite complicated products up, easy to use interface, training was helpful.

The training was easy to follow and comprehensive. The system seems to be one of the more easier ones to use!

our range of bathroom mirrors & accessories and are super impressed with the whole experience. From the initial discussions, to the training offered to their easy to use portal, it has been seamless.

Couldn't recommend SpecifiedBy enough! The sales team are great (not pushy) and even sent me a lovely book for signing up. The set-up team are really helpful and will do anything to help and Probal, our Success Manager is really keen to help us get the best out of the platform!

Very early days for us as a SpecifiedBy user, that said the system is very good.
SpecifiedBy have helped where ever possible, even promoting our Company CPD for free through the CV19 lockdown period. The on-boarding process has been seamless and for a 'non-techie' even I have been able to upload to the system with ease. Daily maintenance is stress free as any prompts, interests, leads are emailed, so you will never miss an opportunity.

Jack from Specified By has been excellent in answering any queries we have had. The responses are always professional and prompt. Jack has always kept in contact with us, giving us lots of hints and tips along the way to improve our profile and increase our reach – and it has worked! It is early days of our journey with SpecifiedBy but our initial impressions of the platform setup are excellent. It is down to us as a company to be proactive & utilize the facilities available to enhance our own performance to meet expectations. As a new user to SpecifiedBy Jack has been very good at helping me to improve our listing. The Solarlux products are very photogenic and the site displays these pictures very well. As well as improving the downloadable content and descriptions Jack provided some good tips on getting the most from SpecifiedBy.

As a new user on SpecifiedBy, we have found Graham and Jack to be very proactive and helpful during the set-up phase, offering advice and solutions to enable us to gain the most benefit from the platform.

We have been with Specifiedby for two years and have also found the team extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Jack in particular, is very proactive in helping suppliers / manufacturers make the most of the system by providing helpful suggestions around various functions such as leads, CPDs, Insights etc.

Products are easily uploaded (if a little time consuming) and easy to edit. A mass upload would be a great additional feature but when speaking to the team they managed this task for me - great service!
