Best Experience

The information they provide on their website is of top-notch quality. It helped me buy a great pair of work boots.

Won't answer the phone or emails

Won't answer the phone or emails. Order placed 3 weeks ago and not heard or seen anything from the company. It looks like a trip to the small claims court since I paid via debit card. Will also need to contact companies house and ask how they are still trading!

Con Company who steals money

Has stolen my money. I have waited 5 weeks and he said he would refund me on Friday at close of business still no money. The shorts I ordered were £43? Now going to insolvency because I am seriously worried this guy and his company are a con! Other customers need to know that he steals money!

Absolute disgrace, refund has been made ! Item was sent and we have proof of this but as this was Royal Mail and not signed for this thief gets to keep shorts too!

Terrible service, No goods and money GONE!

Ordered 3 items, only two arrived. Many weeks later and no goods, no response to several calls and emails. Basically it looks like they've stolen my £49.
Gutted as I wanted to place more orders, Craig, the boss, seemed great at first, fear he's a con artist.

Have not received my package.

Have not received my package.
Ordered on Dec. 15, and now it's on 20 January
had contact with the customer service on January 5, and they said that I would receive my package on 13 January, at the latest.
Now I sent two new mails, but have not received responses to any of them.

Poor customer service

Ordered some knee pads from them on 1st January, after 10 days had no response from them so sent them an email. Got no response after 2 days so opened a query with Paypal about item not being dispatched.

Got a refund via Paypal the next day without any explanation. Obviously taking orders for items they don't have in stock and terrible customer service not providing any explanation or estimates of when items will be in stock.
