My recent purchase from SPD UK was a good one.
I ordered some cork sheet for modelling. The website was easy to follow; the product range was extensive, so it was easy to find what I wanted.
The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick.
Very satisfied with the service I received

The first sheet was cut 2cm to short, contacted SPD and they sent out a replacement the same day. I ask about returning the original sheet and they said that was not necessary.
Excellent service!

Item dispatched quickly and received item in good time. Item was damaged upon arrived and should have been packaged better. A tub of adhesive that was cracked and leaked in the box. Not ideal at all.

I bought 3 rolls of model railway Cork underlay but some 3 months passed before I needed to open the delivery package.
Inside, I discovered 2 rolls were of incorrect size.
Not expecting much I emailed the company hoping to exchange these rolls for correct size ones.
To my surprise the response was very rapid to say the correct 2 rolls would be immediately sent.
The product itself is superb but the customer service is even better.
Buy with confidence.
