Our kitchen faced a dreadful rat problem because of a pipe letting them in and our neighbors' waste dilemmas. It was absolutely terrifying, and with BCP unable to address internal issues during the pandemic, we were stuck dealing with it. Thankfully, Sharon arrived and swiftly addressed the issue, resolving it in just a few weeks. Her expertise was invaluable, and I'm immensely thankful for her help in such a distressing situation. Sharon's work is highly commendable, and I truly appreciate all she's done.

Extremely pleased with the service we received.Sharon and Ian are both friendly and gave reassurance. Responded to email inquiry within an hour (outside of office hours!), and a home visit within 2 days. A site visit was carried out and areas of vulnerability were swiftly identified and recommended solutions we could implement immediately whilst we waited for rats to take the bait. It took a couple of visits for us to identify the exact location of the rats to lay the bait in the right place but once we’d identified their location we quickly saw the desired results.House left clean and tidy

Back in July, I discovered that we had a considerable problem with rats and I phoned SPC. I had a visit the next day and was very happy to accept the advice given. Over the course of the next few months our large garden and the unwanted residents were thoroughly dealt with. If you have a pest problem, this is the person to contact. We found a very large and aggressive wasp nest in a garden, we called Sharon and she was there within a few hours. With one treatment she had successfully dispersed the wasps and they safely moved on - thank you for a very quick and great service!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sharon to address a mouse infestation that had been troubling our property. We had a rat infestation in the garden and after seeing Sharon's advert on the Nextdoor site, we phoned and made an appointment for her to visit.
We were very impressed with her as she has a great knowledge and, because I have a real phobia about dead things, she made sure to remove any rats that she found without me seeing them. She is very personable and reassuring, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone suffering with unwanted pests ( unfortunately she can't get rid of the human ones!)

It was totally horrific and bcp couldn’t do anything internal through the pandemic so we just had to live with it !!!!! But finally when Sharon came she quickly got to work and sorted the problem within a couple of weeks. I’m forever grateful as it was such an awful situation for way to long.
