Zuzanna from spas.ie was extremely helpful and kind when I needed help with my voucher. She was so prompt in replying to my query and even contacted my selected spa to make sure that there would be no issues. 5* customer service. Thank you.

I dealt with Zuzanna and Juan who were so helpful, accommodating and responsive. Emailed them last night and requested a callback, had 2 missed calls first thing and an email back re my query. They resolved my query asap and couldn’t have been more helpful. Phoned back this evening, go Juan and he could take over the query. He phoned the spa I’d booked with to sort everything and sent me a follow up email after confirming. Would highly recommend spas.ie and will be purchasing again. Thanks a mill Sarah

I made a mistake with the amount when buying a gift card and Zuzanna at Spas.ie contacted me straight away and fixed the problem. She was so helpful with everything and i am so appreciative. Thanks so much again :)

Would highly recommend , I have bought a few gift cards and my friends were delighted . The new paper gift card was disappointing. The plastic one was more presentable.

I inputted the incorrect email address for the voucher and was worried it would take a long time to resolve. I didn't need to, as within 10minutes Zuzanna had it sorted!

I was having difficulty with my computer when trying to put through a payment for a gift voucher and I rang the number given. Got through to Juan and he couldn't have been more helpful. Went out of his way to get me sorted and took details of the problem for resolution. Great customer service and didn't make me feel foolish at all!!

Excellent service. I was gifted a voucher recently and it was thrown out with the rest of the gift wrapping. I thought I would chance my arm and emailed customer service to see if they could help. Juan Cullen got on to me first thing the next morning and sorted the whole thing out in no time. I am truly grateful for his help and will enjoy using my voucher very soon.

I bought a gift voucher for my niece and because I was rushing typing the message. I didn't just have one typo, I had a few. I thought, maybe it's worth asking Customer Service if it could be changed. Lucky for me, someone called Juan replied, was so polite in his messages and make the corrections really quickly.
