If I could give less than 1 star I…
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are just the worst, their service is terrible and the way they talk to residents is awful. They don't reply to emails for weeks on end and when they do they just give you rubbish advice. I made a complaint to them around how I was treated unfairly and they just backed up their own staff rather than understand where I was coming from. I hate that I am one of their residents under the shared ownership scheme and I can't wait to move and never have to deal with this awful company ever again.
If you ever buy a property with sparrow homes as the shared ownership provider honestly think twice, all they care about is taking you money every month and putting it when they say that they didn't charge you enough to cover there expenses.
