From a buyers perspective not great …
Advice to sellers that as a buyer they could really improve their service. No response other than lots of automated text with links so I ended up calling them in the end as no one called me. All other estate agents I’ve come across are straight on the phone as soon as an enquiry comes through to schedule an appointment.
Very off putting and inflexible.

Sparks Ellison have just sold our house…
Sparks Ellison have just sold our house in Chandlers Ford and have been excellent throughout the whole process. The sale took nearly 3 years in the end due to a prolonged probate issue but they stuck with it and were beyond helpful. Once the sale had been agreed they progressed down through the chain every single week and fed back information all the time. The service has been exemplary and like no other we have previously experienced selling a house. Big thanks to Adam and his team.

Dissatisfied Service
I listed a property for sale with your company, and when my friend wanted to view it through your services, he was told by your staff that scheduling a viewing would take two weeks, as he informed me. I am extremely surprised and dissatisfied with this level of service. My property is currently vacant and available for viewing at any time, and it's also listed on Rightmove. Despite this, your procedures are causing unwarranted delays. I strongly advise against listing properties with your company.
