The way customers are treated is unprofessional and unacceptable.

To be honest You don't even deserve 1 star ...
Disappointed and let down

unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the start, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional.
On the day of the event, "decorations were not as promised," "the timeline was disorganized," "some vendors didn't show up," etc.]. Guests noticed the issues, which made the event feel far less special than it should have been.

I don't recommend them at all ...

This company completely ruined my gender reveal. We had planned everything for our garden with over 40 guests — obviously, they wouldn’t fit in the living room. But when the team arrived, they suddenly refused to set up outside because the ground wasn’t flat, something they should’ve checked beforehand. The man was extremely rude, tried to change all our plans last minute, and demanded £50 extra to move the setup just 13 minutes away.

At the new location, while I was on the phone with his wife, he started shouting and refused to do the setup. My sister-in-law had to beg him to stay as guests were arriving. He finally set it up, but by then, the damage was done. I cried the whole time and it completely ruined the day for me and everyone around.

Totally unprofessional, rude, and only cares about money. Never again.👎🏻👎🏻

absolutely amazing service, nikki goes above and beyond and more to make sure your day goes perfect. i booked my sten do decor with balloons and bouncy castle and she also did my full wedding day. she gave me things that would of costed extra just so it would look nicer for the same price we originally agreed and it couldnt of looked any better, i wouldnt of changed a thing.

10/10 for service, prices and that personal touch. Bought some balloons in the December and come April they were still full of air.
