No updates regarding my order although 7 days ( 5 working days) since i placed it.
Phone on the website is witched off.
Sent an email got an automatic reply with no info.
Sent another email no reply!!!!!

Scam website. Wrong part sent and no number or replies to countless messages.

im assuming this is a scam i placed my order on 17th april and by the 29th had recieved nothing ( stated 5 days for delivery) tried to contact by phone and no answer emailed 3 times no answer luckily paid through paypal and got a refund. AVOID this site at all costs .

Please do not use this business. They do not ship the goods and do not respond to any form of contact. PLEASE, PLEASE read other reviews on here. You will end up contacting your original form of payment to source a refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, this is a scam as far as I can tell and assume all the positive reviews are fabricated.

I ordered a battery from Spareshub on 12th April 2022. The item has not arrived and I've heard nothing from them despite emailing them three times. The phone number on their website also doesn't work.

I note several reviews here got a response from the company but I don't see any comments confirming if issues were resolved, so I am assuming all is fake?

Ordered dyson spares on the 15th of april 19th of April email received saying my order was on its way ,29th april still no delivery As others stated phone number is basically not contactable
No tracking detail although they advise this on the order conformation ,and adviseing order on its way ,Emailed them twice this week and yes youve got it ...no reply... so I am begining to think a number of the reviews on here with positive feedback are probably fake ..I hope that I can retract this review but i doubt it, i only wish I had gone somewhere else more reputable, .thankfully i paid via paypal so i Will be contacting them to resolve this very shortly .disappointing.i like others have given them the benefit of the doubt and looked as we all do for the cheapest,sadley not a pleasant experiance ,i typically enjoy the reviews where people have spoken to spareshub uk i would really like to know how ,,telephathy ? avoid them .
Update ...just received the same message as everyone else asking me to email them.with my order number...clearly they have not read the review where I have emailed them TWICE already .. ..

I was unsure at first but i would 100% recommend as the items were genuine and brand new

By far the best place to order dyson parts will definitely be ordering again soon

Great company. Would definitely recommend if you need a new battery for a broken appliance.

I have received this a little later than it was supposed to arrive. I can confirm that it is genuine though and I did save money.
