Once receiving my documents, SpanTran worked on my evaluation rather quickly. Communication was also great as they answered all of my concerns and questions. Would recommend requesting their services.

SpanTran does not provide the services that it promises on its official website. On January 4, I paid $270 and received messages that I needed another $300 for the transfer. I asked a clarifying question, but they stopped responding to emails and my status became On Hold. $270 wasted. I had to earn this money through hard work, and they simply took it.

They are terrible at communicating updates. I had to request a status update to get any information. I have been waiting over a month for an evaluation that they said would take 10 business days. I had my school send them the transcripts directly and they said that they "couldn't verify" that the transcripts were sent to them from the school. I sent them the emails where the transcripts were sent from because I was cc'd when they were sent. I haven't heard from Spantran since I forwarded them those emails and it's been a week. I tried calling them and had to wait 10 minutes before getting a rep on the phone who was noticeably eager to get off the phone. I finally received my evaluations (BA and MA course by course) and on there it stated that the language of instruction was not English ...I was in an international program and all my studies were done in English. I don't know that I can trust the accuracy of this company's evaluation services.

Paid 190$ for evaluation documents (if you fill form online you can't do it later). After this paid they write me that i should pay for translation also - 540$...I sent needed translation to them and they disappeared...Don't answer for calls and letters...

Exceptional service – prompt, courteous, and exceeded expectations.

They don't respond after you pay and they don't use electronically signed documents with and Adobe Acrobat valid signature, making the process incredibly long and in my case useless. Now they don't answer my emails for a refund. I think they don't have good customer service. Their answer when I asked if they could use electronically signed documents was: "Hello, Thank you for your email. We cannot verify electronic documents. Please follow the instructions sent previously. Kind regards, Bella". If I could follow the instructions I would have done that...and that's why I'm sending you an email!

I am very happy with client service offered. They communicate with you and offer anticipated waiting time which they comply with. I have just used SpanTran service and can't wait to recommend to those who might need the same services. Thumbs up for Spantran👏🙏🙏😊😊. Keep up the good service.

I would not recommend this agency for evaluation, they will stop responding once they receive the money, I applied for course evaluation almost 3 months back and still, the verification is pending and they never reach out to universities for verification. Please do not use spantran tec services for evaluation. very bad experience.

I received the evaluation in less than five days. I am happy and always excited to check my email, and almost every day in less than five days, been receiving a heads-up about the process. Voila! I got mine, today, December 12, 2023. I applied last December 8, 2023.

Terrible service.
I paid for the verifications of my degrees from my universities. They sent me the hard copy of the verification that has been written "verification: in progress"!!!
They didn't even email the verification requests to my universities; I understood that after contacting my university. After my follow-up, they didn't check their emails for university verification emails.
They didn't answer my follow-up emails (just irrelevant replies).
IT IS TERRIBLE.

BIGGEST SCAM IN EDUCATION HISTORY. Do not Click on this site or go there for any services. I spent over $300 and still no evaluation after 4 weeks. Although I have the hard copy diploma and transcripts from my country. This business is your typical scam where they utilize workers from overseas thats why when you email them you get someone new every time, Bella, Bob, Jim, Mary, and so on. All fake none true. They just want to take your money and then they upsell you with translation,verification of other documents and threaten you not to continue with the evaluation unless you pay extra $100 or so. Stay AWAY there are alot of great companies out there.

Service was fast and the document was well prepared. They are the goat in Credential evaluations.

Long response time 2 days. Unable to call them. Dont fulfill their deadline. Doesn’t say what you need to send in and when you mail you can an answer 2 days later saying what you need and then 3 days later another thing needed

Terrible. They complicate things and make them difficult and waste a lot of time. I sent my transcripts and they keep telling me it needs to be the school sending it, when the papers I sent them are official school papers, with a stamp.
