Excellent in person and over telephone…

Excellent in person and over telephone service when I was able to speak with a human. There was an Issue with the phone line, when I stayed on the line because my Danish isn’t the best; the queuing was faulty and put me to the back of the line after getting to 2nd in line. Best option to get a hold of someone is for them to call you back- press 5 for that and then hang up (after I was able to slowly translate the message in Danish). I did mention this to the service person I spoke with and it might be fixed now. Thanks again - great service just some technical difficulties if customer is not fluent in Danish.
