We have been using Homeschool Spanish Academy for a number of years, now, for my daughter to learn Spanish. It’s the best set up, such a concentrated learning time, so efficient and flexible, and the teachers are so kind. We use the teacher available (no preference) and have loved every single one! I have told so many people about HSA because we love it so much. I am very grateful for their services.

We love Homeschool Spanish Academy! Both of my children have Rosemary Campos and she is absolutely amazing and patient. They have been working with her for over nine months and they have learned so much. She also communicates with the parents regarding the students progress and challenges. I am so glad that we decided to use Homeschool Spanish Academy and to continue using this program for years to come! Again, we love our teacher Rosemary Campos! She is amazing and gets so excited when the kids are learning! She is so encouraging! In her famous words “Muy Trabajo!”

Our favorite part of the class is Daniela Gonzalez. She is engaging and genuine, and my kids enjoy spending that 25 minute class with her. Something I think could be improved is the ability to customize the class more. I get the feeling lessons are pre-written (for good reasons), and I understand that it is an academy—so assessments are a part of things. I believe a focus on reading and writing in Spanish es muy bueno. They will use those skills. But right now, I would prefer that they gained confidence in basic conversation. Lots of speaking. That is what we’re working on at home. We will dive into reading and writing the language later. I would love more repetition with them speaking and copying after Daniela. Less formal assessments (ones where answers are withheld from them and they need to answer a heap of questions alone).
We love the convenience and flexibility of the Spanish Academy. The classes are the perfect length and the reminders are super helpful. The platform has also run very smoothly and has been easy for my kids to engage with.

Sofi Chiquito is amazing at making it fun and interesting, but also teaching the kids at the same time. We appreciate her so much! I wish we could meet her someday!

Our online Spanish teacher Carol is amazing! She makes learning fun and engaging for my 9-year-old, and I’ve seen such great progress. My child actually looks forward to every lesson! Highly recommend.

We have been using HSA for this year for our two homeschooled children (Grades 3 and 6), and it has been nothing short of outstanding! What a huge difference it has been to learn Spanish from native speakers who teach through a well-organized and designed program! They learned more in 1 month of this online program than in 1 year of Spanish in school. The teachers have all been top notch, patient, understanding, encouraging and fun. We have particularly enjoyed having Isaias and Helen as teachers for our kids, but they have all been great!

We have two teenaged boys taking lessons at the high school level, the older one for the last three years primarily with Eugenia Argueta and the younger just since last fall primarily with Damaris Guamuch, and both boys are making leaps and bounds in their ability to speak and understand Spanish. Dad, who doesn't speak Spanish, is starting to feel left out since the boys and Mom are chattering away in the language constantly... Both boys actively enjoy their lessons, especially with their primarily teachers but if we have to reschedule (which is super easy to do with as little as 24hrs notice) to a time that their primary teachers aren't available we can generally find a lesson slot with another random teacher - which are usually just fine, even if they don't have the ongoing relationship that their primarily teachers do. Overall very satisfied.

We like Eli Giron very much. She is a good fit for us. We like her personality.

Im really happy I found this academy. My son loves the interaction with a real person. He loves his teacher Jaquelin Juarez, she is very encouraging and patient with him. I cant wait to purchase more sessions. Hes learning so much

My oldest daughter, Lauren, has been taking lessons from Homeschool Spanish Academy for 7 years now (she is a freshman now - homeschooled). She is fully fluent in Spanish and she loves her lessons so much. She is currently taking lessons with Damaris Guamuch and Kimberly Acsibinac and she has a very special connection with both teachers. She feels like both teachers are both her friends and also amazing teachers who push her to do better at each lesson. I love how flexible HSA is with scheduling and also canceling a lesson (24 hours before the lesson) if something comes up like an illness or appointment. The price can't be beat - best price you'll find for a one-on-one language lesson. I highly recommend HSA!

Ms. Dulce is an excellent, fun, and engaging teacher!

The teachers are highly engaged, my children are speaking more Spanish, and they like the teachers, my daughter likes working with Eugenia and my son likes working with Sarai, both of them are kind, always on time and organized.

Homeschool Spanish Academy has been a wonderful to work with!! The instructors have all done a beautiful job teaching new concepts, and patiently assisting my son as reviewed them over and over again building a foundation in a new language.

My 7 year old daughter is in a dual language school but needed extra help understanding and speaking Spanish. Thankfully I found HomeSchool Spanish Academy after researching different resources for hours. Alison has been wonderful with her and my daughter really enjoys her lessons. Before we started this program, my daughter was too afraid to speak Spanish and make mistakes. Now, she is speaking in sentences! My daughter just took a MAP standardized first grade test at her school in Spanish and she scored over 97th percentile! At the beginning of the year I thought I would need to switch her to an English only classroom, but now she is thriving learning in two languages. This program and Alison have been great!

My son has been taking Spanish with HSA for almost a year. He tried several teachers but he clicked with Geovanny Jimenez the most. My son looks forward to every lesson with Geovanny and even asked me to schedule a lesson with Geovanny on his birthday. They found common interests, and my son loves to chat with Geovanny about that. I, as a parent, like that Geovanny explains grammar very well, and I see progress in my son's grammar knowledge, for example verbs conjugation. He never has complaints about doing his Spanish homework which happens with other subjects. I like that my son gets both Spanish grammar and conversational skills from his HSA lessons. I also like how lessons are always on time and no lesson has ever been missed by a teacher or started later than scheduled time. At the very beginning when we were just signing up with HSA and I was trying to decide whether I should choose Middle School Spanish or High School Spanish for my son, a customer service rep had a lengthy conversation with me explaining the differences between the two, the pros and cons going either route. She also emailed me lesson samples per my request which helped me tremendously. I am so glad that I came across HSA last year and that I don't need to worry about looking for another Spanish program for a few years.

My daughter has been part of the program for 2 years working with an awesome teacher-Fatima Fuentes. Fatima is so good with my daughter and an effective teacher!

My kids have been learning from them for the past couple years and they love the classes, especially their teacher Gilda Osorio!

The teachers are well organized and professional. The lesson material is direct and easy to comprehend. Monica Fuentes and Melanie Santos are fantastic teachers! My son enjoys them both!
