it was very easy

it was very easy. I do not know about the change and whether there were fees, so I cannot speak to that, but the booking process was easy, and that's already something.
Sorry - now having checked, I realise that there is a problem: it was very easy, I got my tickets, I stand by it. But I thought I was booking through Trenitalia - it was nowhere clearly stated that I was on a secondary site, which would add a percentage to the price of the ticket. Ultimately it was very little, so I do not mind, but it really was not clear, and that is wrong. Conditions and mark-ups should be stated clearly.

Did not realize I was not booking my ticket on the official website. Just get 6€ fees added to the total amount…
The address was Italiantren.com instead of trenitalia.
Not smart from my side but not very honest from their .
