Thanks for leaving a review about your experience, we are sorry to hear that it was not in line with what you were expecting.
Iberico products contain higher levels of fat than other pork meats and that infiltrated fat gives Iberico its unique flavour, however we understand some people may not like this.
Our products are vacuum packed so a slight smell after opening is normal. We recommend opening them at least 30 mins before its consumed to allow them to be aired and settled.
