I ordered and paid for 6 bottles of wine and only got 4! If it was supposed to cover the cost of shipping to Ireland then I should have been given the option to pay for it and get complete order.

You need to look at some of the packaging
I sent an email back to yourselves with regard to the Miss Capra cheese, which is delicious, unfortunately for the second delivery in a row it was a disaster.
It really should have some kind of packaging like the box on a toothpaste tube to prevent it ending up looking like it had been kicked all the way to Ireland.
The quality of the goods from this outlet is supreme. The delivery times are not always ideal, particularly in hot weather. I will not be ordering any more of my favourite cheese until it has better prospects of reaching me unharmed.
