Spacial Sam Broadcaster Unreliable Streaming Service
Extremely disappointing experience with Spacial.
My station was taken offline despite valid payments being made. Their explanation? A “partial system outage” and a “synchronization issue” with their payment partner. That’s not a justification, it’s an internal failure. If you’re in the streaming business, uptime is not optional. Taking paying customers offline without warning is unacceptable.
What made this worse was the complete lack of proactive communication. No heads-up, no urgency in resolving it, and painfully slow support responses while my station remained down.
Now here’s the real issue. Even after acknowledging the problem on their end, they are refusing to issue a refund. Their response is that the service is “active now” and their policy doesn’t allow refunds on active subscriptions.
That’s a convenient policy when the disruption is caused by them.
You can’t take a customer offline due to your own system failure, impact their business, and then hide behind a policy to deny a refund. That shows zero accountability.
Problems can happen. But how a company responds defines them. In this case, it feels rigid, dismissive, and completely disconnected from the realities of running a streaming business.
Would not recommend if reliability and support matter to you.
