Backpack arrive in good time, quality quite good but straps are very uncomfortable. Vacuum feature is surprisingly good. However, many people have said that they get the rucksacks from AliExpress and put up the price hugely. Overall ok but way too expensive.

I ordered and was taken to long , cancelled order and they have gmail account to reply cancellation request, no telephone number etc , took over a month to get refund do not buy fraudulent.

**SCAM**
I ordered this product but came to found out the UPS tracking number they provided was incorrect, different person/address, via Amazon.

On the order receipt, the main Shopify store is a company called LKP, a ebike store
lkp-ebikes

The store information phone number was from a female, who said she has nothing to do with the business and she has been getting calls on the same claims.

Please report this to Shopify as Fraud!!
Also, report to FTC Fraud

I ordered a backpack from Space Vac and repeatedly asked for clear shipping details and expedited delivery. They consistently provided vague, unhelpful responses, ignoring my direct questions. After days of delays and no concrete shipping updates, I requested a cancellation and refund, which they refused. Save yourself the hassle; you can easily find similar or better products on Amazon at a lower price and with reliable service.

Scam! They never ship the item and then give vague responses about shipping issues and won’t to refund my order. AVOID. I’ve reported to trading standards! Do not buy.

The shipping was a bit delayed But they explained they had high volume of orders and compensated me with a free gift, great service.

I placed an order nearly a month ago, and the store has still not shipped the item. I have contacted them several times, but they only provide vague and generic responses, and they refuse to cancel the order. It seems like they are trying to delay without any real intention to fulfill the order. I believe this store might be scamming customers.
