Seems to be a scam!

Placed an order for it to still be processing over a week later, I've messaged multiple times through different means but I've been completely ignored! Definately find a different supplier!
UPDATE:- im still waiting on a reply to get my refund but they are completely insolvent/ignorant

Ordered 13 bags of freeze dried sweets but there was 5 bags missing. Sent 8 emails, social media messages and ignored everyone. I know they do respond to emails because before buying I asked a question via email and had a response within an hour. Had to make a claim through PayPal and luckily got my money back.

Missing box

I ordered some space sweets as we’d had them before and they are great! However there was a problem with my order, I’d ordered 2 boxes of the chocolate and caramel boxes and 2 other mystery boxes but unfortunately only 3 boxes arrived. As the order had come in 3 parts and I noticed the tracking numbers were the opposite on the order I thought I’d wait until the second part arrived in case they were somehow in there. No joy! Missing a bag c f very tasty freeze dried sweets which I would definitely recommend BUT the customer service is not great! I have messaged and emailed several times with no response even to acknowledge receiving my message. And so still no missing box ☹️ I would appreciate someone getting my sweets to me as they are delicious!! Edited to give 1 star because unlike other companies I have had no response still (15/12/25) to various emails, contacts on their website or this review! Unfortunately I feel scammed with a whole missing Mystery box and have no plans to order again

Disappointing

I’ve been a huge fan of Spacesweets for a while and always come back to them for the quality. Sadly, this was not the case with my most recent order. Several packets of the sweets were only partially freeze dried, making them virtually inedible (unless you didn’t value your teeth!) also, one item was completely missing from my order.
I get it, mistakes happen, so I messaged Spacesweets and sadly 2 weeks later, I’m yet to receive a response. Doesn’t look like I’m getting one - very disappointing and will sadly put me off ordering again ☹️

Disappointed 1 pk milky ways was absolutely smashed into bits, so glad I bought 2 pks as the other one is okay, I think the smashed pack must have been put into the box, ordered 5 pks 4 okay 1 mashed to bits so not destroyed in transit, I opened the smashed pack the little bits taste nice, but who wants a pkt of bits, wouldn't buy again,

hi just received 10 bags of space,sweets arrived in ordinary box .so disappointed they are NO WHERE near the size advertised a normal double decker I bought was bigger than there freeze dried one .everthing so much much smaller than they advertise. it's a shame as I was looking forward to the sweets

Bought items as part of a gift so can’t comment on flavour etc but can say the sweets certainly looked good & the guy at the Unit where I collected the order from went above & beyond by popping the order in a gift box for me, thank you again

Sent wrong item

I placed an order through the website for a birthday gift. I ordered the UFO Mystery Sweet Box, but they sent the standard mystery box.
The package also arrived later than expected and after my sisters birthday.
The UFO box has 9 items but the standard box they sent only contained 7 items. I contacted them and Kyle apologised for sending the wrong item and refunded £2 for the cost of the UFO gift box, but stated the items in both the UFO box and the standard box are the same quantity, which was not the case in this instance.

Thanks for taking the time to provide us your feedback. Please let me explain.

The item you ordered was a UFO Mystery Box which costs £25.20 or £23.80 in our branded box, which is what we sent you by mistake. Sorry for using the wrong packaging! Mystery Boxes come with 7 or 8 items depending on what we include - it's a mystery after all. Since I mistakenly send you the branded box rather than the UFO I refunded you £2 which is more than the difference.

Our "UFO BOX BEST SELLER BUNDLE - 9 PACKS" does have 9 packs of sweets but this costs £28 and is a completely seperate product with a set list of items. Both come in UFO boxes, this is the only similarity.

Great little business!

I placed an order, but after reading the reviews started to get a bit twitchy when I’d heard nothing after a few days. I emailed customer services who were very helpful, replied quickly, and explained the delay. They arranged a prompt refund for an item that wasn’t available and got my order out to me promptly. The sweets were beautifully packaged, and a great hit with my little grandsons - especially the double decker!

Great variety and great customer service

They have a great variety of freeze dried sweets, I used to use SoSweet all the time but recently they just haven't got anything in stock, so I found Space Sweets and they have much better varieties. Had one problem with the nerd clusters I ordered, they somehow exploded in transit but I sent an email to Space Sweets and they refunded me straight away! I'll definitely keep coming back as long as stock stays decent!

You do not get your money back when an order have been sent back to them, it is now a VERY long time ago since my package was sent back and i have still not received my refund.

Hi Anna, I’ve looked into this as we’ve not had anything returned to us as of yet. Unfortunately we do not get notified when parcels get directed back to us. Only when they arrive are we aware of any issue during transit. The last update was 19th of March in Denmark where the parcel was being processed. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long but we’ll follow up on email! Thanks SpaceSweets x

Mystery boxes disaster- Pork gelatine in Halal box

Mystery boxes disaster. Ordered three plus other goodies, boxes were mixed up and additional bits were missing. I received an explanation of what i was sent and referred to small print that mystery boxes might sometimes be sent in boxes together but still had to chase missing item.
Fast forward to Christmas Day when I gifted the Halal mystery box to my Muslim Niece and after eating some she read on the ingredients that they received PORK gelatine. About as bad a gaff as there can be and so sorry for my family who I insulted with a gift that was meant to be fun. So upset

Fantastic, great idea as a gift

I submitted an order for a couple of bags of sweets as a gift. They arrived promptly and were well packaged.

I did not get to eat the sweets but my brother told me that they were delicious; he told me that they were so good that I will be putting in another order - I think a bag of sweets for everyone.

I would recommend, especially if you want to get someone a gift which is a little different.

Great company

Have made several orders, one issue through it all! Which was easily resolved, best sweets best customer service and delivery varies but usually very accurate. Price has gone up abit but would still reccomend

Worth every penny. For so many reasons

Absolutely fantastic! Could not fault the company for any reason at all. Placed a substantial order was getting a bit worried when the expected latest delivery day was Monday and got them delivered today (Saturday) the little note inside apologising for the inconvenience and time delays and the replacements, with contact info to the Head Astronaut (it's the tiny details that win for me). The awesome stickers that are so fun and on theme! And the constant updates along the way.

Now onto the quality, superb. The textures are all so unique depending on the type of sweet, a more wafer thin melt on the tongue flakiness of the rings and bones (for Halloween) and nerds clusters. Or a more dense melting texture of the taffy and psychedelic mice (Halloween). The honeycomb like taste and slightly more dense texture of the fudge bars and milkyway bars. I brought so much and so far all has been in good quality not smashed at all minus a fee nerds clusters but they are super delicate, with most intact.

Massive serving sizes. Great value for money! A super fun treat and you really won't want to eat alot at a time half a fuge bar a bite of the milky way and a strawberry ring and I was in sensory overload for half hour haha. The flavours are so condensed that a tiny bit really does feel like eating a hand full of sweets.

All round a fantastic company, easy to use website, boxes fit for size and packed well, very little wastage! Great quality , excellent customer service definitely worth the money and the hype. Will be ordering again (not for a while still got 20+ bags to get through first 😅🙈)

Arrived quite quickly

Arrived quite quickly, sadly I think royal mail threw our box around a fair bit and sadly most of the sweets were broken up and mainly dust but this didn't deter the kids we used it on icecream and they enjoyed it same.
We didn't get the whole experience Though we did get to try some of the larger crumbs and the lemon squares (refreshers) we mainly whole so not a total loss thankfully. Will definitely mak another order and try again.

Good sweets - Bad customer service

Good sweets - but the customer service is severely lacking.

Having received an order and being happy with the quality of the sweets I decided to place a larger order via Klarna. However during the checkout process an error occurred where my order didn’t go through - still managed to take my money though. I emailed straight away and never received an email back to this day (1 week later) so a few days later I decided to call them. The call was answered by a young girl who had no clue what she was doing just kept saying “i can’t see the order”. I asked her to check if she received my payment and she replied “dunno. I’m new so not sure” even though I had a payment reference. That was the extent of the help I received.

I’ve had to request a refund via Klarna who have been waiting for nearly a week for this company to confirm they haven’t received my order.

Seems to me that they are quick to take the money and any issues occurred are not of their concern. I won’t be a returning customer and wouldn’t recommend them either.

EDIT - it is a month later and they STILL haven’t confirmed with Klarna that they didn’t receive an order. Absolute waste of space “customer service”.

Hi there, I am very sorry to hear you've not recieved the customer service you deserved. Having looked into your email and order history, it appears that we only have one order from you. We did not recieve a second.

When issues occur during payment, the payment processor (Klarna/PayPal etc) holds your funds. We do not get passed your order details or any money. Money normally appears back in a few days. Since this looks to be the case, this would be why staff member could not find your second order history.

I hope this helps clear things up.
