I'm so far only a couple days into a booking. The owner showed me around that same day as I requested, so the car space is good and legit, and . the owner also seemed good so I trust this process so far. When I booked it was only for the first month + bond, but it showed a high figure in the thousands after I paid. I immediately rang to ask about that, it seemed all personnel were busy so I left a message. Later that day Clarisse emailed me back with a clear answer that it was only a projected price for 12 months, not what I would be charged. So I am also happy that customer service are eagerly on the case. I parked in it for the first time today and so far so good

First booking got cancelled however customer service CJ reached out to recommend other spaces that are available. It helped me secure a parking which was really helpful. Really appreciate how prompt responses were when I sent an email to CJ. Overall a great experience!

Although I couldn’t find a solution to my space requirement on this occasion, I have to say that support from Spacer was exceptional. Clarisse was my point of contact and she simply could not have been more helpful in trying to provide a solution to my space problem. I will definitely come back to Spacer.com in the future.

Cancellation of my booking within the 24-hour change of mind was initially rejected, but eventually resolved, and a full refund was issued. Thank you Sarah for sorting this out.

You unfortunately are unimpressive, some would in fact say that you are rip off merchants. Customers should be aware. There is no provision for customers to Accept the offer of a booking once an Application has been made, so it is all one way traffic as you already have the credit card details required to make an Application and ii) If Spacer provides a cancellation period, please adhere to it and not make it impossible to cancel within the Money Back Guarantee Period by blocking the calendar and making the Chat unhelpful.

I went to create an ad to lease some spare space, but, my ad was cancelled and my account was closed without an explanation. When I called Sapcer.com.au customer service I was told on the phone "it was a business decision" I asked for a further explanation on what that meant and if I breached their Terms and conditions, however, the customer service representative wasn't able to provide me with any explanation and repeated "it was a business decision". Don't waste your time with Spacer.com.au
