The delivery was super quick. I've tried a few electrolyte drinks recently and they've all been a let down, either poor flavour, too sweetened or didn't dissolve well. Hydro dust beats them all out of the park. Tastes great, not fake tasting or too sweet and stirs in well.

I ordered rainbow dust in late August to try and, as I didn't get on with it, did not plan to reorder.

As my log in on the Spacegoods website showed no subscription for rainbow dust, i was rather surprised when i received an order confirmation in late September. I contacted spacegoods and, after some back and forth, was assured that the subscription had been cancelled.

This morning i received another order confirmation. Again, no subscription is showing on my log in on their website. Again, I have had some back and forth with spacegoods, who have advised they can't locate the order (despite having all of my details along with the order number). Currently waiting to hear back and debating whether or not to lodge a dispute with my bank.

Update 31/10/2026

Spacegoods found the order and cancelled my subscription at 15:44 yesterday (they claimed there were two accounts assigned to my email address - I only created one so can only assume some kind of error with their website). However, they did not cancel the order that they created in error, which was dispatched at 03:08 this morning. I have since been told that the only way to get a full refund is to pay to post the package (tracked delivery) from the UK to the Netherlands. As of the time of writing, they are still refusing to lodge a complaint.

PRODUCT AND SUBSCRIPTION!! I didn’t mean to subscribe as I don’t have the money to pay every month so I would rather buy it when I need it.so I emailed and got it unsubscribed no bother. And the product is great.
