I booked Char to help me with half a day of organisation last year. I'm AuDHD so I get stuck with executive functioning and Char was really helpful. He got to know me a bit first via email to better understand my process.
Our appointment gave me the confidence and spark to continue independently, sorting out other things; it's made my life so much easier. It helps that Char follows up with a list of target areas and is really lovely to deal with. He understands and can address specific problems in a clear way, without shaming. I felt really comfortable asking questions etc.
The service gets booked out very quickly so be prepared for a possible wait time.

Char was a joy to work with - understanding, calm, motivated, energetic and overall just super helpful. They’re perfectly suited to this sort of role and it’s clear how passionate they are about their work. After just a few hours’ work, my garage is well on its way to being somewhere I can actually park my car. Thanks, Char!

Char was super helpful and thorough and did an incredible job of getting on top of the jobs I simply wasn't getting done. As someone with chronic illness and AuDHD I felt like I was understood totally and Char approaches their work without judgement. My apartment has been somewhat neglected for several months while I've been experiencing burnout and a dip in my mental health. After a day's work, Char has transformed it into a clean and organised space where I can truly relax. Their compassionate, non-judgmental approach made me feel at ease and completely took away the shame I'd been feeling.

I would totally recommend Space For Your Mind. I was moving into my partners flat and he was a heavy smoker for years so the place had nicotine stains and smelt very musty plus it hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. Char was amazing! From the initial email contact to the walk through they made me feel very confident that it could be done easily and nothing was a problem. They definitely made me feel at ease and took the pressure off a big move for me. I am so happy with the result and will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Our goal was to clean out the garage and get Char's advice on the interior of the house. They worked very quickly on their own and grouped big things together while making space so we could sort things in the garage. They also gave us a few tips on where and how to dispose recyclables like big cardboard boxes and textiles. As for the interior consulting, we looked at existing systems and brainstormed ideas on how to keep things tidy. Having Char there as a "body double" also enabled me to do things I normally found difficult to do, like putting away clean laundry and making low-stake decisions to dispose certain things I no longer need.

Char is excellent and I’d definitely recommend them for both cleaning and organising. They were on time, organised, communicated with me well before the date of the booking and upon their arrival I felt at ease (big for someone who doesn’t like people in their home very much!). Char was extremely thorough with cleaning my 1br apartment, was friendly to my slightly nervous dog, and helped so much with organising my cluttered wardrobe! I’d definitely recommend Char and will not hesitate to book them in again in the future.
