After fifteen years of spotless server and mail hosting by Space2u, I woke up this morning to find weird error messages from my email apps. Had this been any of the big providers, I would have spent an age in email support or phone support, been asked to restart my modem or laptop, all read out from a script. Instead, I picked up the phone, called Space2u and Joakim answered right away. Before I even gave my account details, he said that they had some glitches on one login server, all was safe, they were on top of it. Indeed, half an hour later all was sorted. One hour downtime in fifteen years, expert personal support, I'd say that is as good as it gets! Brilliant.
