The worst experience I have ever had to return an unused product. The pump the website recommended is incorrect but they will argue with you to say it is, the pump was missing a port. Besides that they expect you to pay return shipping and will argue with you about the pump to justify it. I paid $298 but the return shipping is $120 then they tell you there’s a 25% restocking fee the math of that is you will receive a 1/3 of what you paid for the products just for them to resell the products (that’s called double dipping). Where is this return policy you might wonder, not when you check out, you would think with such a one sided return policy you would have to check a box at check out agreeing to it, but nope. You have to look for that policy on your own, pretty sure I have to agree to that policy to be held accountable for it. Find your products somewhere else this has been a nightmare of hoops (pictures & screenshots of how I came to that pump), just to hear sorry there’s nothing we can do, except they’re willing to waive the restocking fee, however the website lead me to a pump that isn’t a replacement for my model number as their site stated it was.

Spa here advertised online a Spa pump that was not the pump that they sent me. They alleged that the vendor sometimes left pictures. They were inaccurate. I sent the pump back at my expense and they refunded me after several weeks and many attempts to contact them only a partial Refund I will never ever ever ever use this company again. I would recommend that you look for someone else anyone else that Spa here.

Had signed up for notifications when a particular part would be in stock ... weeks later received the notification that the part was in stock so placed an order for the part a few hours later. The next day the company messaged to say the part was out of stock.
