I purchased a Marshall Guitar Key Holder. I collect my mail from a very small shop that only gets mail for about 10 people. The shipping tracking claims I picked up and signed for this item but both me and the post office know this never occurred as nothing arrived for me to collect. SCAMMERS.

I ordered an item and waited a very long time for it last year and never ever received it and never got my money back !!! They are clearly put to scam people

I've ordered a Marshall Guitar Amp Key Holder that I've never received. I received a wrong item and from November till now (6 months!!!!) no one gave me updates, even if I'm writing e-mail every week!!!
They really should be arrested!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They made me wait months for my order. And then when I received it, it was the wrong item. And it wasnt even close in value to my initial order.
I have contacted them multiple times with no response.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY RIPPED ME OFF, NEVER SENT ME WHAT I HAD ORDERED, AND DISSAPEARED FROM COMMUNICATION - THEY HAVE A FAKE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SOMEONE SHOULD ARREST THESE PEOPLE!!

Same as all others on this site, ordered shoes & they didn’t arrive, don’t buy from these Scammers you will not receive anything & they will not get a response!

I ordered a backpack for £29.95 in September last year. Never received and they kept saying they'd send a replacement. Complained to Royal Mail, thinking it could be their error. Sozt have now gone quiet since I started asking for a refund. Another strong email sent today, but I doubt I'll get a response. Surely our payments should be covered for this sort of thing? Very cross and frustrated

STAY AWAY!
I ordered a keychain holder in shape of a guitar amp back in October'18. First time they sent me a nitted cap instead. This was a fault on their behalf and they gave me the option of money back or they could resend the product I ordered.
So far so good.
I went with the second option (I wish I had just taken the refund!)
I followed the order by track and trace.
It said that it was probably lost out on delivery, and the only option I had was to contact seller.
I have tried that several times now, and they choose to not answer me.
It's not their fault if it got lost in the mail, I get that. But when the only option I have is to contact them in this matter, the least they could do is to answer my emails.
This seems to be a VERY unprofessional company, and I will NEVER do business with them again!
So be careful dealing with them!

Don't buy anything!!!! The same thing happened to me, headphones, no reply, the offer of a charging fee when they refund me my money, after that, never a message again. Never happened anything like this to me! Don't buy anything!

Do not buy anything from these guys!! It is a scam!! I bought 2 pairs of shoes for $60 in October 2018, they sent me a cheap set of $5 headphones a month later. When I emailed them, they would take forever to reply or not reply at all, and when they did reply, they insisted that they sent me my shoes. The only time they agreed that they 'made a mistake' when when I got paypal involved (I had paid with paypal). They now said that they are sending me the shoes, and then gave me a tracking number. It took a month for the shoes to reach Md according to the tracking number. On the day the shoes were supposed to be delivered to my house, the tracking app said and I quote "The delivery status of your item has not been updated(Your package may have been lost during the transportation period. pls contact sender)". I emailed them to no avail, no one returned my emails. I did a search online only to find out that they use this exact same process on everyone!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY ARE CHINESE SCAM ARTISTS!!

they are a rip off sent a crap set of headphones instead of the item ordered you sign for it you try and clam that it not correct they have you! as you have received an item
I tried to get my money back trough PayPal but my clam was denied

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered thor hammer sets and never received anything! Tracking said it arrived in my local depot then it suddenly went missing!!!!! They do not answer emails and now I am £60 out of pocket!!!!!
Please take away the star. They don't deserve it

Scam - the same as everyone else on the page. Paid and recieved a pair of crap earphones. Wont respond to my emails.

Scam! I ordered Mjolnir toolbox for $29.99 and received cheap earplugs.
When I complained they first claimed that I had received my item. I sent them pictures and explained that I received earplugs. Sozt then sendt a non valid tracking number.
Still not toolbox, and I will never receive it.

SOZT is a total scam site who publish different products from 29.95USD and above and once you pay, they send you usually a set of wireless headphones which is about 2USD worth. Once you complain they apologize (after a few days, claiming they are in the middle of a hot sale, in order to gain time), and then they tell you they will re-send the item. they instead , send you a fake tracking number with a fake tracking ems site which shows as if your product is on the way and then got lost in the post. but in fact, it was never sent.
then when you make a complaint to paypal, sozt use the tracking number of the headphones to "prove" to paypal that you recieved the item and its on you to prove that it was not what you ordered.
it took me 2 months of batteling with paypal to finally get my full refund today. but it is strange how so many people report this site yet paypal doesnt block the option to make a payment to that scammer.

I got the same experience as all others on this site.cheap pair of headphones instead of a Thor hammer toolset.
Repeated emails to them.plus PayPal informed but nothing.
Can we go through some legal system to get our money back.

Sadly same experience as other buyers..Purchased a Marshall key holder for $29.95 USD and got cheap nasty headphones..Would not reply to communication until I opened a PayPal case.and then said item was resent..We have have 2 attempts at resend and both times it apparently made it to my suburb and then got lost so clearly the whole postal/tracking thing is also fake..PayPal sided with THEM until I chucked a tantrum and they refunded my money but no word of banning them..I did it through Instagram so I thought it could be trusted..Wary of buying through facebook/insta and even paypal now

Ordered a tool kit in September. Never arrived. Tracking says it arrived and was signed for, but only thing that I got that I haven't ordered was a set of cheap headphones sent to my parent's address instead of mine.
Emailed the company and asked for a refund (asked 8 times now), first time they sent me new tracking details saying they had resent it. Tracking details say that the package was lost in transit and to contact seller. Did so and was told they would send it again, despite me asking for a refund.
Paypal are no use for a refund, as they keep siding with the seller, even though I sent them the tracking details and screenshots saying the package was lost.
In the last email I received from the website they said they would give me a refund but I would have to pay a number of fees. That was almost a month ago and I still haven't received this refund.

Complete joke, this website and Paypal in dealing with it. Avoid at all costs.

Same as others, I got silly headphone! I ask the local courier they said they don't have the tracking number of the item.
