Ordered an item which was too small for me unfortunately but very nice. When returning the item, I lost the return information so I though the return was lost as around the Christmas time, delivery service is not so fast. Customer support was very helpful and everything was sorted out. Will buy again when I have the chance.

I ordered two. They arrived in perfect condition. Recyclable ♻️ packaging which is reusable if you wish to return, they also attach a return label. The fit is exact to size, and colour is exactly as you see on website. They kept you up to date with link to tracking from PostNord - deliveted to my door via DPD one week later. Love them, so soft- really good value.
