I absolutely love my SOXY socks, all of them, I get a lot of comments about them, but most of all, they are made well and aren't cheap quality, I have found my tribe for sure and will be a customer for life!

Sock is a good company to deal with. I haven't received my order yet, but customer service was great.

I love these colorful socks! They are great quality and so soft. I bought some for me and they were so good, I ordered more for Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews and my own adult children. They will love them too!

I've never really been a specialty sock person but I decided to try Soxy and am sold. I wear compression socks and wear there over them as a statement piece. I'm not some young buck but an old guy with a great sense of humor and so glad I found Soxy. Bought Father's Day socks for all three sons even though one is a stick in the mud. Try them they're great..

Soxy socks are fantastic! Excellent quality and styles! Customer service is outstanding. If there ever is an issue, Customer Service goes out of their way to make things right (only happened once). Would definitely recommend this company, and for sure will buy from them again.

There’s a great variety of sock patterns, the colours are great and don’t fade and the quality of the socks is superb. I’ve dealt with customer service a couple of times and you really feel like there’s a genuine person talking to you or emailing you. Not just going through the motions. I think it’s great the measures taken to keep their business going through the pandemic: pay what you want. Keep up the good work Soxy!

This company is horrid. Never received order placed over a month ago. No customer service number. Ive sent 4 emails with no response. will have to go to pay pal to get refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Worst company, more than a month and still no socks (1 to 5 days it said). The rep doesn’t even reply to me anymore. Don’t buy

Worst customer service ever! I ordered Women's socks & got Men's socks instead! There is no phone # to call you can only text or E-mail them. I texted & E-Mailed them for 5 days & got a response back that the label was wrong & that socks I received were Women's after all & I compared them to my husbands socks & they are his size but he doesn't wear this kind & I also compared them to my women's & they are HUGE! I asked for them to send me a label so I can send them back to them for credit & to send me the correct women's socks & STILL NO RESPONSE BACK! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT ORDERING FROM THEM AS THEY WILL NOT RESPOND BACK & when they do & shipment is wrong THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE TO KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY & DO NOT ORDER! AGAIN NO PHONE # TO CONTACT THEM!

I did the above review over a month ago. Soxy socks contacted me a month after I E-Mailed them & texted them by E-Mail to apology to me the service I received & due to Covid-19 lockdowns/restrictions caused delays at getting back to customers in a timely manner & totally understood how I felt on how this was handled! They let me pick a pair of women's socks again & they sent me those socks at no charge of course & also sent me a bonus pair on top of that with a letter again with an apology about the experience I received! I am very glad they contacted me on all this & I will try them again in the future as these socks really are very soft & love the colorfulness of them! Thanks Soxy Socks for making this right & much appreciated!

I absolutely love the feel and look of Soxy's socks but I did have a few disappoints with the logistics of my first order. I sent an email to their Cusomer Service and can honestly say I was extremely satisfied with their response to my issues. Soxy's has an excellent product and knows how to treat their customers right!

Soxy is a great service. Their socks are high quality and stylish. Maybe it's a bit too good of a product as I now have too many socks haha. My one and only niggling issue is that the stitching on some pairs is so intricate that it keeps the sock from stretching over my big thighs. Other then that it's a great product and service I have been using for about a year!

Soxy.com has the BEST socks! The quality is superior and the designs are so unique. I’m a very satisfied customer!

This is the worst company!
I recieved the socks I ordered almost one month to the day after ordering. Lousy customer service. Condescending and inattentive.
The socks are cheap and come in a cheap wrapper...and that's what it is, cheap cellophane. They look as if I bought them at Big Lots.
Shameful!

Two weeks and no product (despite 3-5 day delivery promise) also no response to repeated attempts to contact customer service. Absolutely terrible service.

Excellent quality and service. Fun patterns and styles and very easy to work with when I temporarily canceled during the Covid crisis to save money until our world goes back to normal. The subscription is fun and I look forward to getting back to it in the future!

I was so hoping these socks would be meet the reviews?
I was sure to email the company prior to my purchase-stocking stuffers. My son has larger feet and I am very cautious when ordering.
These socks tore the first time my son attempted to put them on. He wraps his ties in tissue upon wearing them, not the reckless type.
I emailed the company but they’ve yet to respond to a complaint email? A very polite one at that. It’s now March, I suspect the 9 pairs, pkg combinations were a waste. I’ll be donating them at this point.
Very disappointing on a Forbes recommendation.

Very happy with the Soxy brand. I have stepped up my sock game. If your thinking of subscribing to step up your sock game I would say do it. The sock quality is great, the styles are great.
