Cowboy Roofers - Sovereign Roofers

I hired Sovereign Roofing & Building for a £20k roof renovation in Rochester. They worked fast, but that speed only looks good on the surface, as serious problems emerged later. My roof didn't leak at all before, but issues quickly piled up:
* Leaks: Bedroom and toilet leaks started in 2025.
* Workmanship: Bad valleys, flawed flashing, cracked mortar, lifted tiles, and flat roof ponding.
* No Accountability: They ghosted scheduled visits in 2026 and admitted defeat.
I'm taking legal action and paying another £20k to redo it. Definitely think twice before hiring them!
