Honestly, this is the best hosting I've ever used. I have about 30 clients on this hosting plus business hosting for a special clientele.

I've never had to worry about daily backups or security with this host and I've used a lot of hosting platforms.

ive been ussing it since a few months and honestly i find myself quite in a positive position, ive been recommanded the services by a friend ,and with trust i can review it as a serious Service , with very accurate support team so far, they go by the book, i strongly recommand SovaHost.

got baited in by false information which said they'll resolve but the customer service is 10/10 so would probably use again

Worst experience ever.
I bought a VPS server for 20 Euro

1) Problem for VPS I had one IP and for connection to another IP, a lot of info back in forward after that they figured out that is an issue at their side

2) After fixing that, I wasn't able to connect to my VPS for a few hours, also a lot of help from my side, finally they found another issue on their end.

3. All ports are blocked, turned off the firewall = 0 help, made special rules to open all UDP and TCP ports that also wasn't helped at all.

Now they try to play around and refusing refund.

Try to avoid this VPS they are looking for customer who will be as testers for their services.

I requested cancelation with next billing cycle. They took my money and terminated my server a week 3 weeks earlier!!? guy from support said they will give me 29$ towards next purchase from them. NEVER AGAIN!

Best services on the market for a game hosting provider

Your attention is terrible, I do not recommend it to this day I am still waiting for the return of my money for 6 months, they closed my vps, and there is still no money
