I bought 250' coil of 12/3 w/ ground romex. It arrived in a mangled mess at the bottom of a box and even had the old plastic wrapping with a fellow's name and address on it. Obvious return. Apparently do not expect a new item from this company.
Cost to return = $40+ so I'm stuck with a screwed up coil of returned (for what reason, I can only wonder).
