Fantastic experience from the booking to actual virtual cocktail making. I bought this for a surprise 30th party for my daughter. Steve was so helpful through the booking process to being our mixologist. We went for choosing the cocktails ans providing our own ingredients. What a fun, relaxed evening. I would recommend them100%.

We done a virtual cocktail class for a 30th birthday surprise. We took the option to get our own ingredients and a really detailed list with alternatives was provided incase some of the ingredient were hard to come by. Such a fun activity and Eduardo our mixologist was amazing and really knowledgable. Would defiantly recommend.

What a laugh! Eduardo was a great guy, talked us through each of the cocktails & even helped the kids with a mocktail version of a tequila sunrise. If you can’t go out to a bar due to lockdown....bring the bar to you! Recommended.

Thanks Steve for a brilliant night. We ordered the box of ingredients and cocktail making kit and it was all packaged and delivered with ease. The class had just the right mix of instruction and allowing for chat between us. The background music was a nice touch and the cocktails were delicious! Nice to try one I’ve never had before too. I would definitely recommend.

Great fun, our host Eduardo was super patient and adapted to everyone's missing ingredients and substitutions brilliantly! All the while keeping great humour and allowing folks time to chat and catch up. There were 8 houses on the call so a fair bit to deal with which he took in his stride. Would recommend.

Brilliant virtual cocktail making class to celebrate my sister’s 50th! All of the cocktails in the Escape Away box were VERY good and we’ll definitely be making them again!! Great fun THANK YOU Steve!!

Fantastic experience, very professional throughout, interactive class, happy to answer questions. Background music option was a nice touch. Once choose cocktails from a list, got sent ingredients/suggested alternatives and recipe after the event. Perfect for lockdown. Thanks Steve!

The masterclass and our host, Steve, were fantastic! It was fun, interesting, relaxed, super tasty and different. I would recommend this course as the perfect event to spend time with family, colleagues and friends during these times!

Steve was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We had 4 screens plus the host and the class worked brilliantly. Can't wait for some warm days to enjoy making and drinking the cocktails al fresco.
We intend to arrange another class to learn some more cocktail making techniques.

Great lockdown experience and Eduardo was amazing!

We had a great evening for a lockdown 40th birthday party. Our mixologist was happy to let the conversation between our group flow and was more than happy to join in to make the whole evening flow naturally, as well as showing us how to make very enjoyable cocktails. Thoroughly recommend!!

Brilliant virtual cocktail making learning experience. Stephen was not only an excellent host, but took us through the three chosen cocktails clearly. Having the recipes and the photos at the end of the event were an added bonus. All in all a thoroughly worthwhile hour with all the ingredients provide ahead of the event. Would do this again.

Steve was fantastic and we loved our virtual cocktail experience. He was quick to respond to any queries and sent us the ingredients far in advance. The class was really fun and would recommend to all.

We booked a cocktail making class for my best friends 30th and it was great! Steve was so lovely and accommodating, the class was great! We made 3 cocktails in an hour, but it didn't feel rushed at all!

We had a fab time and I would recommend this as a virtual party to anyone, great value for money!

Was invited to the cocktail party to celebrate my daughter's birthday, along with other family and friends. As I was unable to see her in person, this was a really fun way of connecting up on her birthday, rather than just doing a zoom call. It really felt like a party. I would 100% recommend Southside Bars, great fun!

I recently planned a birthday surprise for my girlfriend with her family and friends joining us - Steve was very accommodating and let us have some time at the start of the call to all have a chat and do the surprise - and also allowed us to stay on at the end to continue enjoying our drinks.

Make sure you have the ingredients to hand as it's much smoother and useful that way.

Communication up until the call was great, with Steve being very responsive to every message and in a timely manner. All instructions/shopping list was provided before and some of our party used the recommended tools on the PDF. Definitely better to have the real thing, but the substitutions worked well.

Would definitely recommend this, and do it again! Had great fun and thank you once again.
