I had a stiff neck seemingly caused by lifting a heavy bag. But whilst going to see Bhimisa, I showed her a swelling on my right arm. She did an ultra sound of the swelling and diagnosed a damaged / torn bicep. She didn't charge me for this ultra sound and what she said was a revelation to me! I find Bhimisa to be very experienced, highly trained in treating musculoskeletal injuries aswell as compassionate and supportive. She goes above and beyond to help.

Just finished my second course of treatment at Southgate Physio, the first for tennis elbow, the second for a very stiff neck. The therapists used a combination of treatments including acupuncture, ultra sound and massage. A range of home exercises was also prescribed. Both courses of treatment were successful with just a few twinges remaining which I hope the exercises will further improve. All the therapists I saw were very good and a special shout out for Shivani who is brilliant at explaining and treating. There is free parking nearby. Thanks!
