This is my third time of using southface clinic . They are extremely professional in all aspects. The communication before the appointment is great and the doctors have been excellent. I wish I had known about them earlier.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robertshaw’s
for many years on and off. I have always
been confident that she will find a remedy
for my problem and she always makes me
feel that she is always going to give me the
correct medication without the need to keep coming back again unlike many
consultants.

I was able to see Dr. Luna within a reasonable timeframe from my initial contact. She was proactive in offering me the choice to continue my treatment with her or another consultant, and gave me time to consider without pressure. Dr. Luna was friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained my request to surgically remove my linear nevus, though alternative treatments were not discussed in detail.

Due to the practice’s busy schedule, I opted to have my surgery with Dr. Robertshaw. Although I was initially anxious about seeing a different doctor, Dr Robertshaw was calm and knowledgeable in manner which quickly reassured me. She offered an alternative treatment option, which helped me feel more confident about the procedure.

While I did feel slightly on the spot when considering a different treatment method option on the day of surgery, I believe Dr. Robertshaw’s advice led to a less invasive approach and a positive outcome. I am still healing, but overall I would highly recommend both Dr. Luna and Dr. Robertshaw for their attentive care and thoughtful management of my treatment and look forward to sharing the final results with them in the coming weeks.

The staff were friendly, professional and explained everything very clearly. I would definitely recommend this dermatology clinic.

I saw Nurse Amanda for a hydra facial as my skin was feeling dry and a bit blotchy after the summer. It is a new treatment and after a good explanation of procedures I decided to try this. My skin definitely feels and looks better less blotchy and more hydrated. Would recommend

Dr Luna was very professional and thorough. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She identified sun damage on my face, and reassured me that it was nothing more sinister. She prescribed appropriate treatment, and gave me advice on long term preventative care. She also examined my torso to check for any sun damage. A first class service which I would thoroughly recommend.

After a traumatic experience through the NHS a few years back, I put my trust in the clinic and Dr Helen Robertshaw to help me through what was a difficult procedure for me. I am so glad I did and have returned for a further checkup and again received her expert advice. It’s so important to be able to trust the specialist caring for you at these times and her expertise, care and general approach is second to none. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

So simple to book an appointment on line and the treatment was excellent. So effective and efficient.
