As fourth-generation jewellers, we established our Southend location in 2009 and take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Our extensive selection includes both new and pre-owned gold, diamond, and silver jewellery. Additionally, our pawnbroking services for asset loans are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We also offer part exchange and jewellery repair services. You can visit our branch anytime as we are open 6 days a week 9:00am - 17:30pm, we are also open every Sunday throughout December.

Gold Curb Chain
I bought my husband a curb chain for his birthday. Delivery was delayed because they found a defect prior to posting and wanted to fix it, which they did in record time. Unfortunately, after I gave it to him, there was a further problem which necessitated its return. Rachel sourced a brand new chain for me without delay, which was dispatched immediately on receipt of the old one. Sometimes things go wrong, and the measure of a business is how they resolve it for you. Full marks, thank you.

Good quality and good ring and quick delivery but was told it would be guaranteed for 1pm and turned up 9am next day, so werent happy about being told 1pm delivery and waiting all day, but thats royal mails fault

I saw an bracelet on their ebay page and thought i would give them a call to ask some questions. I was advised to go to their website as there shipping would be next day for free. The bracelet was a 21st present for my son so it was important to me to get the right present. The staff member was polite and friendly, answered all my questions regarding the bracelet. As promised the item showed up before 1pm the next, i'm very happy. Thank you so much.
