Order never arrived no updates no response from the seller

Scam, I wish I would have read the reviews first, I ordered the product over a month ago and it’s being shipped from China, The advertisement was misleading. I thought it was shipped in the United States made from organic material. Needless to say I will not use it even if it does arrive.

I ordered from Sourplus, but they sent me products from a company called 'Nature Sours'. I suspect they are the same Chinese-based company.

Nature Sours makes false claims on their adverts, claiming that Cancer Research UK endorses the use of Soursop. The endorsement from CRUK is completely false, and they're preying on vulnerable people with cancer. When I contacted Sourplus about this, they replied to say 'it's not us, it's Nature Sours who said it'.

Avoid this company.

I recently left a bad review which I have since deleted. I have now received my order, well packaged and as described.

The only issue is the delivery time. The the sellers should make their customers aware that the order can take weeks to arrive due to being held at customs en route from China.

I received my order, so I believe the company is legitimate. However, I was surprised to see that the products were shipped from Singapore, not Europe as the advertising suggested. This makes me hesitant to try them. Additionally, the packaging does not specify where the products are made, which is concerning. The ingredient list is also somewhat vague, as it mentions "artificial flavors" without specifying which flavors are used.

U ordered 2 lots of stuff ? They have not arrived. I haven’t received a reply. I’ve emailed them four or five times paid over £ 40 something pounds and I don’t know what is going on. Wish I could put it on their website don’t bother buying it. I think it’s a scam not happy.

I so wish i had thought of checking Trustpilot. I am so angry with myself for being duped. I usually purchase soursop leaves but thought i would try this also. I saw them on TIk Tok and thought i would give it a go. I am going to lodge a complaint with Tik Tok that they are allowing scam companies to advertise without them checking the companies.

So, this is interesting. It took about a month to receive my order. Their ads make it look like they are a US-based company. They are based in China. This is the second product that I have bought recently where this has happened and here is the the weird part... both products (different companies) with the return address for a woman named Kelley Coburn in NYC. This Kelley person is making a mint shipping products coming in from China. I found it fascinating that now two products have come from her via China. I threw the first one away and I will likely throw this away also. How can you trust the quality of a products that have come to you like you bought it on the black market??? I'm not buying stuff online anymore. You literally can't trust anyone anymore, I swear.

Don’t know what’s going on with this company, had two orders delivered from them but now I’m waiting for a further two which I ordered in November and beginning of Dec but can’t get any info from tracking number! Don’t know what to think ! 😩

Ordered 5 weeks ago still not here. Emailed the company 4 times. They sent me a tracking number which when I checked with the courier it comes back
“This order does not exist”
It’s a Chinese company with abysmal customer support.
I cannot believe the 5 star reviews given.
I recommend people stay well clear of this company.

No item received. Seems like they did send them / faked reviews when I checked them out. Now no one has received their order at all. I ordered over 4 weeks ago now and nothing despite them saying they shipped it on 5th December.

Avoid this company at all costs. To go from a 4/5* company at the end of November to a 1 star now they are scamming every single person that orders.

There should be something done about this type of scam. It really is disgusting. I count how many people and I got up to 220 that has had this happen all at £40 each or just over. That’s £8800 and that is only the reviews I found in 15 mins!

You will not review your order from this company — it’s a sham. Will be reporting them to Facebook.
Ordered a bottle weeks ago and got an “it’s in its way” email. Have never anything and there is no response to emails to “info” or via their “Contact Us” form on their website

Placed an order 4 weeks and still waiting for my parcel. I sent them emails without any reply. It is a SCAM.
I should have checked this site first.

Placed order over 3 weeks ago and have not received. All fake comments online suggest based in UK, but all shipping information is China based and now has an “error”.
Do not purchase.

Like most people it seems I was persuaded to order their product by their clever advertising on social media. However, my order never arrived and the company don’t ever get back to you. I am now having to wait for my bank to step in to try and get my money back. Such a waste of my time, don’t be fooled!!

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Please avoid. It’s a scam. Recently diagnosed with breast cancer and seen this and read all the “fake” comments on the Facebook post, but since it seemed like it was endorsed by cancer research (just to name the one) decided to give it ago. Then company changed from uk based to Singapore. Never received item and had to claim via bank. Please AVOID. Not usually so stupid but my head was spinning with my diagnosis.

BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY, ORDERED PLACE 6 WEEKS AGO, WONT REPLY TO EMAILS.HAS NO OPTION FOR PAYPAL, SO NOW GOING TO HAVE TO DO A CHARGE BACK ON CREDIT CARD.PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.
