My pizza worked out well though I do…

My pizza worked out well though I do not have the fancy pizza stones or steels. I just used my baking tray with a high heat and no grill. However, do not put on your toppings until you know how you are going to get it from your bench and into the oven as not everyone has a pizza paddle to do this.

My bread was a great disappointment as I think I did something wrong....like my water evaporated as soon as I put it in the very hot oven. My loaf was undercooked and course grained and not airy as the sourdough I know.
I need to try again

So impressed with the sourdough bread…

So impressed with the sourdough bread from the Sourdough Chef! The dough came off easily from the packaging, so there was no mess. The cooking instructions were really straightforward and I got a beautifully crusted sourdough bread. I have never been good at baking so the convenience of having homemade bread without measuring and kneading really appeals to me. The breast itself is really light and super delicious, I can't wait to try the pizza dough!

Sourdough dream!

The taste is amazing, and nothing beats freshly baked sourdough... it is like having your own starter and making your bread & pizza, without the hassle. Highly recommended!
