I found Sourceful by accident and I’m so happy I did. I’ve been looking for packaging designers for months but this was meant to be. Oscar is absolutely amazing, extremely professional, very patient, delivers the work you ask for on time and goes out of his way to get what you want done and when you want it. Exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend for quality, efficiency and beautiful end products. Can’t thank them enough.

We made the decision to move from another packaging manufacturer to Sourceful and have been incredibly impressed.

Marcos, our account manager, and Iulia from the Client Experience Team answered all queries quickly and clearly, and have been a pleasure to work with. The process was very slick and proactively managed, from design right through to the final logistics. I always felt that I was aware of what was happening, and that a thorough answer to any queries would be received promptly. You can explain something once, and it is picked up and dealt with without any fuss.

The finished products (premium jewellery boxes, with suede pouches and cloths) are excellent quality and packaged in a sustainable way (previously, we have seen packaging boxes individually wrapped in unnecessary plastic).

I'm very glad to have found a company that are so great to work with, and we will be continuing to use Sourceful for our packaging needs.

Sourceful have recently taken on a few of our packaging needs and have so far been very professional. I feel the main benefit is getting everything under one roof.

We moved from unbranded to branded packaging for our business and couldn't fault Sourceful in every aspect of the process. We will definitely be continuing the relationship and hopefully expanding the packaging range we source through them.

I have been working with Sourceful for over 2 years now. Above all their are professional, but what makes them stand out is their personality and their cooperation. They are a wonderful team from top to bottom and everyone that I have met with over the years has been fantastic. Their product is wonderful, their ability to work along side you is refreshing and generous and they are capable of a LOT. From new materials or shapes of packaging to using software to unfamiliar to them to help organize a client such as myself - a small start up that has a small team wearing many hats. I am lucky to have met them and to have their product with my label on it.

Clemence and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! From getting samples, double checking our artwork and accommodating our last minute request for dividers, the whole process was super smooth and the communication along the way was amazing and really put us at ease! Definitely recommend Sourceful and we won't be going anywhere else for our packaging! :)

Brilliant communication, Clemence was super helpful. I obtained so many quotes for my 4 pack gift boxes and this was not only the best price, but the quality is excellent. Shipping was easy and well communicated. Also if you're an eco conscious brand like mine- the carbon footprint off set is amazing. Thank you! 1 Star for ignoring my emails, they also told me MOQ is 500 whereas on the website it's 50 and 100. they only responded because I had written this review.

Great online experience, obviously spent some time on the software. There were some issues with our order but they were resolved very quickly so can't complain!
