Source 1 Roofing review

Source 1 Roofing review. My opinion based on my experience
First, they withdrew their offer when 1) insisted on the contract being rewritten to include only work they were to do. I have solar and would not be lifting the panels. All they had to do was add the word not for the garage area to exclude the solar panel area. And, when I asked how the old would be blended to the new so that there would not be a break/seam and leak. Apparently, the demand that the contract be revised to describe the work to be done and nothing further it was too much and their estimate was withdrawn, as was fully informing the homeowner of the “hows” for the work.
Second, tho I can only guess, the solar panels were included because they had no way to make a waterproof mend between the old and new panels, but wouldn’t acknowledge it. Is that why they refused to tell me how the melding would be accomplished?
Third, although it was a pain to them, I had misplaced their email with the manufacturer of the underlayment and it was apparently too hard-too much work to resend, especially when I wanted to know which type was to be used so I could see the manufacturer’s warranty.
Fourth, they are slow to respond to emails except to tell me to “get lost.”
Because of this, I repeated by reviews look-see and again found Yelp: 2.4; BBB: 3; Chamber of Commerce 3.7 and Angi 4.
