Makes work a better place to be.
Easy to configure and the remote app function allows everyone who needs to control the volume a simple management interface.
The built-in playlists are excellent and suit our wide variety of staff musical taste.
We are in the Education industry so it makes a big difference to have collated playlists that are both appropriate but also great music.
We are super happy with everything Soundtrack Your Brand. It's also been great to point contemporaries towards the product when they ask how we're handling copyright and licensing of playing music in the open office space.
Oh yeah - it made an immediate positive impact on our office vibe also to the conversation and work we do. We have found that we increase and decrease the volume throughout the day based on how busy the spaces get and the app makes this so easy to manage.
There is always an "Oh Yeah" moment when Soundtrack Your Brand starts up each morning, work is just a better place to be now.

Lack of some features and music
I wish I could upload playlists from Spotify, without SYB adding extra music to make a soundtrack. The system doesn’t add matching music according to me, i.e christmas songs can show up in ”summer soundtracks”. I would like to be able to decide exactly which songs I want in my soundtracks.
And I miss a lot of music in the system!

Our Station feature is designed to automatically add songs to your Spotify playlist. The goal is to make it easier for businesses to access a more substantial music selection whilst discovering new music in their preferred genre, without having to spend as much time searching for songs and preparing playlists. In short, our Station feature is designed to do the job for you.
However, we have received this feedback a lot over time and have worked hard on a new product that will grant full control over the music. With the new product, no songs will be added on top of your original playlist and any changes you make in your Spotify playlist will be synced with Soundtrack. We plan to launch the new product later this year and hope you will stick around with us for it!

Great product and I am extremely happy with our purchase. However, some quality of life tweaks could be helpful.
-Often our music will randomly stop playing. We use Sonos to play the music so it could be an issue with them, but as we are a 24/7 facility when the music stops it makes it extremely quiet and awkward
- We have our settings to filter out songs with explicit content, but it doesn't filter out everything. We've received complaints about various songs and have to manually block the song. This is not a common occurrence, but it has happened multiple times
- An option to add in custom announcements between "X" number of songs would be a phenomenal upgrade
