Sound Shoppe is freekin wonderful.
David at sound shoppe is THEE most genuinelly helpful friendly boutique pedal seller in the business. I’ve bought a few pedals from him now and the experience has been the best. Super duper communication and fast shipping . Has the weird stuff I love and amazingly totally went out of his way to make a demo vid for me personally!! That is above and beyond. That’s why sound shoppe RULES and I continue to buy my weird gear there.

I couldn’t be happier with both the pedal and the experience. The pedal sounds absolutely incredible exactly what I was hoping for and even better in person. It’s clear a lot of care went into how it was packed and shipped too; everything arrived quickly, safely, and ready to play.
The store’s communication was excellent from start to finish. Friendly, very responsive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. You can really tell they care about both the gear and their customers.

This place is awesome!
I ordered 2 pedals that had to come from the manufacturer as they were not normally stocked. Excellent prices and they shipped fast. This is my 2nd purchase from Sound Shoppe and definitely the last. Every time I look at their product line I find something I could use! Its great to see so many boutique pedals in one place.

I was very impressed with my experience with Sound Shoppe NYC. They offer an amazing selection of boutique pedals and they provide great service. I purchased an Eastern FX XO pedal which was out of stock at other retailers. The pedal shipped immediately and arrived within days. I will definitely be ordering from Sound Shoppe again!
