Great Customer Service!
This was my first time ordering from the shop. I used the chat to ask about a specific preorder pedal, and my questions were answered very quickly by the friendly staff. They were also able to give me extra helpful info without asking, like shipping times, etc. This is exactly the kind of shopping experience I’d want when buying anything, especially anything guitar related.
